Use mobile apps and project codes
The web platform provides the full organization management and configuration interface. The app and WeChat Mini Program provide mobile viewing and field operation entry points. Menus and functions differ by client; account and project permissions still apply.
Get the app
Open the app download page to check Android or iOS installation options. If no download is available, ask the platform administrator for instructions. If a link cannot open inside WeChat, use your phone's browser.
Sign in and select an organization and project. If a device is missing, check your project access and its assignment in the web platform.
Use a project Mini Program code
- In the web platform, open Project → Settings → Project Code.
- Wait for the image to load and click Download Project Code.
- Scan it in WeChat and sign in to open the project.
A project code locates the project; it does not add the person scanning it as a member. Ordinary projects require existing access. Projects with open access allow signed-in users to view data read-only. Scanning a code does not grant device control.
If code generation fails, refresh and retry. Do not substitute a device code, ordinary webpage QR code, or another project's code.

For control or configuration access, the Owner assigns a role and project scope under Members.
