This specification covers one YenGear model and two configurations.
1. Product definition
Y811-75AV is a compact multi-color sounder-beacon family. The public model covers three-color and seven-color configurations with the same 75-class product form.

4. Audio specifications
The supplied manual states MP3 audio, a bit rate of up to 192 kbps, a frequency response of 70 Hz to 13 kHz, and a volume setting range of 0-100. It also states that the unit has built-in 8 MB flash memory and supports USB replacement of the alarm audio files.
These audio values are verified for the three-color manual configuration. Confirm that the seven-color build uses the same audio hardware before publishing the values as a guaranteed common specification.
5. Communication
The supplied manual documents Modbus RTU over RS485. The supplied default parameters are address 01, baud rate 9600, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and CRC16 checking. The manual identifies the yellow conductor as A+ and the green conductor as B-.
The manual documents command groups for file playback, song playback, volume, baud rate, device address, playback status, file count, current track, and light state. The light state can be combined with playback through the command format described in the Y811 technical manual.
6. Installation notes
- Switch off power before wiring.
- Use the supply range printed on the ordered unit. Do not resolve the catalog/manual voltage difference by assumption.
- Use screw or magnetic mounting only where the surface and vibration level are suitable.
- Keep RS485 wiring separated from high-power switching wires.
- Use a unique device address on a shared bus.
- Replace audio files with the unit powered off and disconnect the USB cable before powering the unit again.
