Y301 Serial I/O Modules Selection Guide
Y301 serial I/O modules expand digital inputs, relay outputs, analog inputs, or analog outputs over RS485 or RS232. MiniLink and ControlLink use Modbus RTU; FlexPoint modules also list Modbus ASCII support. TTL availability and register maps depend on the model. Use the specification and technical manual for the selected product.
Model Naming
The positions after Y301- represent DI / DO / AI / AO channel counts on one module. 0 means no channels of that type. Models without AO use three characters for DI, DO, and AI; models with AO retain the fourth position.

Relay ratings also include 30 VDC / 2 A on MiniLink and 28 VDC / 10 A on ControlLink. Match the load voltage, current, and switching duty to the relay rating.
MiniLink Series (Y301-110/200/020)
MiniLink provides one or two digital I/O channels in a 77.4 × 22.5 × 16.2 mm enclosure. All three models use 5-36 VDC power.
Y301-110 provides one DI and one relay; Y301-200 provides two DI; Y301-020 provides two relays. Y301-110 supports two local rules and Y301-020 supports four. Y301-200 has no DO and no output rules. Its pulse-counter retention is separate from DO retention, which MiniLink does not support.
ControlLink Series (Y301-220/222/440/444/880)
ControlLink combines DI and relay outputs. Y301-222 and Y301-444 also include AI. These models use 5-36 VDC power and 277 VAC / 10 A or 28 VDC / 10 A relay contacts.

Y301-220 has no DIP address offset or output retention. Y301-222, Y301-440, Y301-444, and Y301-880 support a DIP address offset and output retention after a software restart; specify power-cycle retention when ordering if required. Use contactors or load-rated switching equipment where the motor, pump, or other load exceeds the relay's switching limits.
FlexPoint Series
FlexPoint expands one I/O type per module. These products use different register maps from MiniLink and ControlLink.
