Serial I/O Modules
YenGear Serial I/O Modules provide local signal acquisition and control for PLCs and equipment controllers. Y301 covers digital and analog I/O expansion. Y331 adds fully isolated multi-range analog inputs and analog input/output configurations with RS232, isolated RS485, and isolated CAN interface options; isolated RS485 is the default.
Model Naming
The positions after Y301- represent DI / DO / AI / AO channel counts on one module. 0 means no channels of that type. Models without AO use three characters for DI, DO, and AI; models with AO retain the fourth position.

MiniLink Series are compact serial I/O modules for small-scale switch acquisition, simple relay control, and device integration.

Y331 Analog Module Series
Y331 belongs to the Serial I/O Modules family and has two product groups with separate specifications and technical manuals. The four-position code follows DI / DO / AI / AO; retain all four positions, including zeros. Specify the signal range and interface separately when ordering.

For example, Y331-0044 provides 4 AI + 4 AO. Inputs and outputs offer 0-5 V, 0-10 V, 0-20 mA, or 4-20 mA ranges. Specify input and output ranges separately; mixed-range availability requires confirmation.
Both groups use isolated RS485 by default, with RS232 and isolated CAN options under the same Y331 model prefix.
