Industrial Audible & Visual Alarm
This product family covers complete industrial alarm endpoints with light indication, audible warning, or both. The products accept direct trigger inputs and communication commands through the interfaces listed for each configuration.
Y810 remains reserved for a future ordinary sound-and-light alarm without an external communication interface. The current release scope contains the Y811 communication-capable signaling products and the Y812 heavy-duty communication-capable alarm group.

Public model rule
One YenGear model can contain several configurations. Keep those configurations in one specification file when they share the same product form and sales position. Use the configuration as the reference during quotation, sampling, and technical confirmation.
The public model names do not expose color-count or interface suffixes. Color count, interface type, power, enclosure, and protection level remain ordering or specification fields.
Communication boundary
- Y811 contains complete signaling devices with RS485, Modbus, RS232, or a documented communication-control interface.
- Y812 contains the three larger communication-capable alarm configurations grouped under one public model, Y812-AV.
- Y810 is reserved. Do not assign a communication-capable product to Y810.
- Do not apply a protocol map, pinout, protection rating, or power rating from one configuration to another without confirmation.
Source and evidence status
The specifications use the supplied product catalog and Chinese manuals. The catalog provides the model comparison for the compact, multi-color, seven-color, and high-power configurations. Independent manuals provide detailed protocol information for the Y811-52V three-color and Y811-75AV three-color configurations.
Where the catalog and an independent manual use different values, the relevant specification records the conflict and requires confirmation against the delivered hardware. The English technical manuals do not invent missing register maps or connector pinouts.
